DELIVERY & RETURNS

Where products are shown as "In Stock" we normally despatch them between 1-3 working days after your order date. Next Day Delivery orders are usually despatched on the same day that you place your order, or the next working day. When products are not shown as "In Stock" we show our best estimate of how long it will be before we can despatch the product. If for any reason we're not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.

UK Standard Delivery

Charges are based on the value of the items in your basket and are shown below:

You will normally receive your items within 3 working days of despatch. If you haven't received your items within 2 weeks, please contact us for a replacement order.

Only items that are "In Stock" are eligible for Express Delivery.

Orders placed before 5:30pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 1-2 days. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the second, or Third working day after you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed anytime on Friday, Saturday or before 11:30am on Sundays will be delivered by 9pm on Monday, or Tuesday.

We use DPD for our express delivery courier service. We will contact you by email to provide a tracking code once it becomes available, and email you a one hour delivery timeslot once your order is out for delivery. If you have provided a valid UK mobile number with your order, DPD will also text your delivery timeslot to you. They will attempt to deliver between 7:30am and 7:30pm. You will need to sign for the delivery.

UK Express Delivery is charged at £6.99 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order.

Unfortunately there are some areas of the UK to which we can only offer a 2 working day delivery service. Please check our terms & conditions to see if your area is affected.

Only items that are "In Stock" are eligible for UK Saturday Delivery.

Orders placed after 5:30pm Thursday and before 3:30pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays) are eligible for UK Saturday Delivery. With UK Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered by 7:30pm on Saturday.

Delivery to EU countries

Deliveries to EU Countries are normally charged at £6.99 per order but certain shipments may be more expensive. If that is the case, a Customer Services advisor will contact you before shipping the order. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order. For enquiries, please contact Customer Services.

Delivery to countries outside the EU

Deliveries to countries outside the EU are normally charged at £12.99 per order but certain shipments may be more expensive. If that is the case, a Customer Services advisor will contact you before shipping the order. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order. Returns

We obviously want you to be totally happy with your Aqua Filters purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us. If a part is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you. For UK customers we provide a pre-paid postage label for you to return the item. Overseas customers will need to pay the cost of returning the item and we will reimburse you to the value of the original outgoing P&P. If you've simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you. For convenience, we provide a pre-paid postage label to return your item. Please note: the return postage cost of £2.99 will be deducted from any refund applicable. Alternatively, you may pay the cost of returning the item yourself.

What next?

We'll email you your Returns Number and a pre-paid postage label for you to print out. If you don't have a printer, please write your Returns Number on the original delivery note and include with the item. Please don't write on the packaging. Pop your item in a jiffy bag or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 14 days of getting your Returns Number to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post. If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning. We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund what you've paid for it within 5 working days.
